Work. Earn. Learn. is our retraining programme for those who want to kick-start a career in Disability Services. While working with us as an Assistant Support Worker, you will gain access to Barrow Training, our market-leading training provider. You’ll be fully supported to obtain a relevant QQI Level 5 healthcare qualification within 1 year.
But that doesn’t have to be the end of your learning. As you continue to work with us, you will get plenty of education and progression opportunities to become a Support Worker, Team Leader and beyond.
